Cait’s Corner: Whole-Wheat Pasta Salad

This is one of my favorite dishes. It’s easy and healthy and not to mention the perfect amount of summer fun to bring to the table! Give this beauty a shot and you definitely wont be disappointed!

2 cups cooked whole wheat/ veggie pasta
1/3rd cup low fat mayo
1/3rd cup plain Greek yogurt
2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup pitted olives
1/3rd cup basil

*If you’d like, you can add some shredded chicken and increase the dressing amount to taste

You choose the amount: chopped celery, carrots, feta, red/yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes

After prepping & chopping, throw it all in, mix it up and store in fridge about 20minutes or until cool and enjoy!!
