Point Play is an invention of our own Joe Norton! Taken from the drill, offense/defense, balls are fed into play and points are played out. You continually move from offense to defense at a fast pace for 1.5 or 2 hours. A must at INTENSITY! Burn way more calories than just Singles or Doubles! A full body workout with fitness and tennis drills for all skill levels.
Format: Short warm-up, fast paced drills & exercises designed to get your heart pumping, followed by a cool down.
INTENSITY’s newest clinic offering. Using a ball machine and instruction from a Pro, you will move, work your baseline shots and hit more balls in one hour than you thought was possible!
USTA Ladies Beginners Adult Clinic Int/Adv Adult Clinic
Our USTA program incorporates drills & strategy with a pro alongside competitive singes play for 1.5 hours; allowing you to fine-tune what you have just learned when you rotate over to play singles. These clinics are designed for the novice looking to learn or improve on the basics of their tennis game in a fun environment. Get up to speed quickly be able to join a group to play. Levels 2.0-2.5. This is a 1.5hr combination of practicing with a pro overseeing the group and playing competitively. Practices are goal oriented with an emphasis on the development of a consistent and competitive all court game. Levels 3.0-4.0.
