This program is for busy people who would like to participate in a weekly fixture that promotes good healthy competition and skills development, optionally followed by refreshments at a local bar. Each practice is goal oriented with emphasis on the development of a consistent and competitive all court game. The first hour of this 90 minute program is a directed warm-up followed by practice drills and live ball training. The last 30 minutes is reserved for match play and hitting. This is a USTA style team practice that everyone is welcome to join, whether on a USTA team or not. Participants will be given the opportunity to join an INTENSITY 3.0 or 3.5 USTA league team.
