BRONZE (Ages 8-15): This curriculum is for players who are new to the game of squash. Clinic participants work on and become familiar with technical fundamentals, including grip, swing and some footwork and movement patterns as well as more advanced tactics. Bronze uses the “Competition” ball, which is a standard size but has a 10% longer hang-time than the standard ball. The goal of these classes is to prepare students to graduate to a standard ball and play in local tournaments.

SILVER (Ages 10-17): Silver clinics are for players that show strong ability and want to work hard to improve their skills to compete effectively. The standard “Pro” ball is used in all classes and all players have full-sized racquets. Classes are 2 hours and include 30 minutes of speed, agility & conditioning training. Players should play a match every weekend during the semester, when not competing in tournaments. The goal of these classes is to prepare students for the more intensive drilling and training in the Gold program.

GOLD (Ages 12-19): GOLD is a competitive training program for ranked junior tournament and JCT players that want to play at college or national level. Classes are 1½ hours and include 15 mins of speed, agility & conditioning training.  The GOLD program is coached by INTENSITY’s Director of Squash, Zac Alexander who himself won GOLD at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. New players are required to take a private lesson to qualify for the program.
