By measuring your Resting Metabolic Rate, our experienced club nutritionist can accurately find out how many calories you burn throughout your day. By determining your metabolic rate, you then find out how many calories you need to consume to maintain your current body weight. If you know how many calories you need to consume to maintain your current body weight, then you know how many calories you need to consume to lose weight.
