For me, Enjoying a workout is key. It’s about enjoying what you’re doing, relieving a little stress and being able to see results. The agility ladder delivers every time. When you first step on the ladder you may feel overwhelmed with connecting your body to what your mind is telling you to do. But after selecting your footwork pattern and practicing it a few times around, you will immediately improve. You’ll get better, stronger and faster in minutes. It’s fun to challenge yourself and play mind/ body games by changing the pattern each time you feel you’ve mastered a step. For athletes it’s especially important because each step improves your ability to switch direction, keep good balance, coordinate yourself and all while picking up the speed gradually.
