Physique is an innovative workout program that combines isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches to systematically lengthen and sculpt your muscles and create a beautiful, lean body!

Based on the same principles as Barre, Physique progresses at a quicker pace with more variations. It is recommended that clients take 5-10 Barre classes before attending the Physique classes.
