Baked pita bread with guacamole and eggs!
2 large avacado or 4 small
4 oat bran, wheat & flax pita rolls
A Splash of lime
Pepper to taste
Bake pita rolls at 375 for 5 minutes or until crisp preference
Mash up the guac and cook the eggs any style you like
Place the guac on the roll and the egg on top, sprinkle some pepper and you’re delicious dinner is served under 10 minutes
